„Geonic Engineering“ Ltd was established in 2009 by Eng. Grigor Nikolov. The main subject of activity is the development and implementation of regulatory plans, cadastral plans, cadastral maps and parcel plans of infrastructural objects for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. It has also designed fourth-class roads and roads from the state road network. It also deals with measurements by means of bls and the creation of DTM and DSM, the creation of multi-pixel models, their analysis and construction.

The company has a Certificate of Legal Capacity under Article 12 of the Civil Code No. 3068 based on Order No. RD-15-49/23.05.2018. of the Executive Director of the Cadastre Agency.
The company has 2 offices in the city of Sofia, the city of Gotse Delchev, and has an established information system for direct connection between them. Servers with a high degree of protection are located in each of the offices, which does not allow external access to the available database and company information. This system allows access to any of the main offices from anywhere , via Internet, which optimizes the work with the databases of the software products, and this is a guarantee of always accurate and up-to-date information. Thus, teams working at remote sites have the opportunity to use the entire resource of the company at any moment.
