ACTIVITIES RELATED TO INVESTMENT DESIGN:

Vertical planning

The vertical planning project (VP) of the settlement envisages the necessary modification of the relief of the terrain in order to be modeled and adapted to the requirements of construction, drainage and transport in the most expedient and economical execution of the earthworks, including their displacement, and gives an idea for the appearance of the territory that will be improved.

Plans for VP

They are made for settlements and other built-up territories or parts of them in accordance with their approved general and detailed urban development plans (OGP), their construction and regulatory plans (ZRP) and detailed neighborhood-building and settlement plans.
The plans for VP have the purpose, by transforming the existing relief of the terrain, to create conditions for functional and harmonious construction of the living environment in all its aspects – living, work, recreation, etc.
